Hmm, I wasn't interested in Gamma but if it's tough and a burpee fest I might like that one even better! LOL I thought Gamma was more weight focused? I can't quite figure out what the difference is between the alpha, beta and gamma sets.
I never really do rotations except STS, so they would be ones I would do once a week at most.
I'm kind of hoping they will be intense little metabolic workouts, maybe like some of Cathe's latest or Zuzuka? Or even like Paul Katami's 4x4x2 with the intense cardio and a lot of plank/bodyweight exercises? I thought it would be cool to have some intense 30 minute Hiit-like/metabolic type workouts. What are you looking for out of these? I know a lot of peeps who just bought Gamma and are happy. I did all of the workouts, have repeated some and will use them when I need a quick 30 minute weight workout, or some tough cardio (I have Gamma, too - the cardio is Gamma is a burpee fest and it's tough!).
